Weekly Total – 32.5 hours for all year groups as a minimum expectation for the length of the school week.

KS2 have an additional 5 minutes per day to meet the demands of the curriculum and provide a staggered departure for families and to reduce congestion outside of school.

The start of the school day

After arriving at school, pupils should go immediately to their class, so they are ready for the register to be taken. Pupils arriving after registration are recorded as being late and all lateness is monitored. Please see the school’s Pupil Attendance Policy for further details by clicking HERE.

We continually monitor attendance at school and strive for consistently ‘good’ or excellent attendance at 96% or above.
